Is anyone able to help from the British Army ww1 pension records? For a Henry Charles Turner of Co. Surrey born 1890

There is a Henry Charles Turner of Peckham Surrey born c1896 in the records - the document refers to his time in the Territorial Army pre-war rather than actual war service.

Is there any chance he is the one?

Thanks, but our Henry Charles Turner was born 21 April 1890 and on his marriage cert of 23 Feb 1915 says he was a private in the 3rd batallion border regiment.
