Hi All,
its been a while since I've been to visit. hope ur all doing well.
I've come for a bit of advice.
I've been doing very well with my family tree since I started it last year, and whilst I've been mainly using online sites to collect data I ahve had many contacts with folks all over the world.
Whilst I have been collating info from many of the branches, I have been drawn back to my own family name and decided to embark on collating all the names I could find based (to begin with) only in the UK.
I have begun by typing up all the MEESE names from Familysearch.org (over 500 or them) and have also decided to include the MEES name as this shows up in my tree also. (there are over 1000 of them on familysearch).
My question to you is, am i fgoing about this the right way? what would be the best approach to collating these two names and recodring them and also how do i let people know I am doing this?
I have already put messages up at Ancestry and Genforum but I'm not sure how far that will get me.
Please advise.![]()
Kindest Regards
Helen
