Thread: Grave lookup in North Staffordshire please

Hi all,

hopefully there is some kind soul living near the Derbyshire/Staffs boarder that could check the graveyard in Blore, Staffs and find my elusive Smith family. I have an extensive tree on these Smiths and feel certain that any tombstone bearing the name Smith is mine. I have most of the burial dates but what would help is the gravestone info to get ages and maybe other family members. I don't live in England and it would be a great bonus if I could gather this info.
Just to intice you all further. Blore is a beautiful village just on the edge of the Staffs moorlands and is a very picturesque part of the country if someone fancies a spin out this bank holiday (wink wink nudge nudge).

If anyone has a Smith born around this area ie. Blore, Swinscoe, Calton, Mayfield, Ellastone, Stanton, Waterfall. Give me a shout they might just be on my tree and will gladly share info.
