hi

emma davis & william edgerton, circa 1890 - 1900
married possibly in madeley, shropshire ( salop dawley ) before moving to st helens

really need to know parents name and or d.o.b's

also

joseph owens & jane owens ( dont know the maiden name )
in liverpool both people born around 1840

i would be grateful for any help with these 2 possible great grandparents !

Hi, 2 poss marriages for Joseph Owens

1) Marriages Mar 1862
Owens Joseph Liverpool vol 8b page 146
wife either Jane Pierpoint or Mary Ross

2) Marriages Jun 1864
Owens Joseph West Derby vol 8b page 640
To either Jane Cozens or Hannah Hartley

Hi again, the only Joseph and Jane fitting your criteria on the 1871 census are

Benjamin Owens/2/son/Liverpool
Jane Owens/ 27/wife/Liverpool
Jonathan Owens/5/son/Liverpool
Joseph Owens/28/head/Cheshire
Mary Owens/9/dau/Liverpool

Based on Mary being born in 1862, it seems likely that the Jane on this census is Jane Pierpoint married 1862.
