Default 1841 Census - Lancashire - Entwistle

Can anyone help me find the Entwistle family in the 1841 census.
Information I have
John Entwistle born about 1798 Haslingden, Hand Calico Printer
Mary Entwistle born about 1800 in Bury
In the 1851 census they are shown as living in Middleton, Manchester.
They had a son called James Entwistle, born Middleton 1824.
All help will be very much appreciated.
Lance.

Thank you again for your help. I think Bury will be the area, as cannot find anything for Middleton (Rochdale).
Lance.
