Question Where do I find a Scottish naval pensioner?

Can anyone tell me where to find the records for a person who is listed on the 1841 census of Alyth Perthshire as a Naval pensioner? He enlisted 1801.
The London Metro Archives has him under the reference WO 121/145/634 but apparently the records are actually in Scotland. Where would they be housed? Seeker
