hi can somebody for me kindly try and find death of beatrice davage for me,not sure when but must be after 1914 ,ecclesfield yorks or evanton ross-shire,family enquiry ,some dispute,many thanks chrisd.

Hi Chris..

Have you any idea what age she was when she died or a rough year of birth..

There is a death on Scotland's People for a Beatrice Davage aged 67 in Inverness.. 1958

hi raven ,that was quick,beatrice davage (nee rose) was born 27th december 1890 at wadsley ,father john rose spring knife cutter.beatrice married my grandfather 8th august 1912,at ecclesfield ,many thanks chris.

there is another surname of Rose given.

The GROS reference is 098/A0/0175

If you wait to the beginning of next year the indexes for 1958 will be available online and you will be able to view the register entry then, or you could order the cert online.. at a cost of £10

Hi Chris, Beatrice died in 1958, I have her death certificate. She died in Fearn, Cromarty.

hi coppernob ,thanks for that ,i have 18 pages info and i am finding serious errors ,some were written by my neice ,others i got from aus ,i can send you what i have ,if you like ,you see beatrice was my grandmother,my father being George francis davage 1914,i did reply to a thread you had ,i think it was on sfhs not sure now ,i,ve looked at so many ,my name is chris davage 1947,i have been using a guy in ireland for census reports and it is coming together ,i have found bartholomew 1849 in pittsburgh pa ,and have just written a letter to ,thomas davage a direct descendant of bartholomew ,hope we can talk to each other as i think we are related somehow,all the very best to you ,chris davage.

hi coppernob ,just as an afterthought ,you would,nt have dob ,my dads sister alice ,i think she was born in cromarty and she was a bit younger than my dad ,i know she married hector Mcleod and they had a croft in cromarty i think?? ,they also had 2 daughters ,beatrice and ruth ,many thanks chris davage.

Hi Chris, Alice was born on 28 July 1920 at Cromarty, Ross. She married Hector on 28 March 1958 at Inverness.
