Hi
Managed to get help off a few of you already re:- Margaret & Arthur Barker, Ive searched the 1901 Census and the 1880's one and im not pulling them up!!!!!
Please someone tell me where im going wrong i know the information's there as you've fetched it up!!!!!!?????

All you do do to bring a census up is go to the year you want and enter the surname and the the source citation info in at the bottom of the search box.

Thats what ive been doing but it keeps coming back at me with "no record found"

Try leaving the name out..you will have a few pages to look through but it always works for me lol..

1891 Census a possible for Arthur E Barker..

To verify if this is the correct one, I would suggest you purchase the marriage certificate from GRO using the reference that Slizzy found for you.. This will give both Arthur's father's name and occupation as well as Margaret's maiden name and her father's name and occupation. I have had a search for Margaret on the 1891 but there are 2 or 3 possible ones.

I have just entered on the 1891 Census search page on Ancestry:

Surname: Barker.
Piece: RG12/3780 Folio: 100 Pg: 25

The results come up with Arthur E Barker at the top.. don't understand why its not coming up with a search result for you...

Ive sussed it out

Ive been putting the wrong parish in managed to fetch the other two census's up now.
