Thread: John Wood Christening ABT 1811 Warwickshire

This is a long shot!

John Wood my GGGrandfather was born Warwick Birmingham Abt 1811, this I have gleaned from various census.

I think his parents were John & Ann Wood but might be wrong!!

Any out there in Warwickshire that can help me please??

I had a look in the IGI and found a John Wood who was Christened on 9 May,1813 at Chilvers Coton which is near Birmingham. His Parents were John and Ann: batch no. C041881

I couldn't find a christening for him in the Birmingham batch number C008093

Also found a marriage for John Wood and Ann Watson 12 July, 1812 St Phillips, Birmingham, Warwickshire: batch no. M041791

I don't know if there's any connection, it might be worth your while having a look at the Warwick Wood listings and also the batch no. listings. There's quite a lot of them so you might find something I've missed.

Sorry mistake, Marriage was 1813 not 1812, I've also just spotted two more John Woods whose parents were John and Ann, bit confusing. Might be best if you take a look yourself.
