Google Hampshire Genealogical Society, also Genfair and have a look at what's available. I would then take advice from Starlight - she's the Hampshire expert!

Hi Tina,

Phillimore's marriage records are on disc and can be purchased from S&N Genealogy supplies. They cover a lot of parished up until 1812, but the churches that are not on IGI are not here either.
The best place I find for getting records is :-

http://www3.hants.gov.uk/archives/hals-collections.htm

You can purchase BMD for most years for any parish you want but these are on microfiche.

Hi Tina,

There are other Bromfields there which may be siblings but you will need to find his father first from the parish records which are held at Winchester. Once you have his father and siblings, other families from these records may be able to be connected but they do not start until 1781 in Minstead.
