Default Australian version of Ancestry

Hi All,

Just in case people are interested I stumbled across an Australian version of Ancestry - Ancestry.com.au

Anyone know if this is good or not. It's got a few free record sets for Australia so might be worth a look.

As all of us genealogist think - there's nothing better than free records.

I use this site but it doesn't matter what one that you use ie: the UK or Australia they are the same sites but have more on Australia I think but you can still look for family in the UK on the Australian one.

Tanja from Australia

Surnames I am trying to research are Skilton (Surrey, England and South Africa), Thomas (Llanelly in Wales), Turner (UK), Godden (Surrey, England), Couture (Canada), Bloodworth (Surrey, England)
