Hi Everyone,

Would anyone know where i could buy the British Isles Vital records index the second edition from? I know i can get it from the Latter day saints on Familysearch but that will come from america, i want to know is there anywhere in england i could buy from.

This is where i ordered mine from...It was £15.65 but I forgot to ask how much the postage was lol. It hasnt come yet and I'm impatient!

I ordered them about 8 days ago I think.

The lady said they were in stock and she would see to it straight away. Im not worried though because about 5 other girls ordered them a fortnight before me and they did arrive after a fortnight or so.

Dont think the delivery system is up to much!

Kelly, be carefull if you order the discs!!

I just rang them to enquire where mine are and they have no record of the order at all. She cant even tell me if they have taken the money from my debit card!

The discs are now out of stock and are only due in at the end of the month. I havent re ordered them as Im a bit cheesed off at the mo with them and dont really want to wait another 5 or 6 weeks..

Guess what dropped on the doorstep today!!

Hi Kelly, we might be lol..

In the morning or whenever they open Im going to ring the centre in Chorley. Some one said you can buy from there but not by mail order. I dont mind picking them up though

I,ll let you know what they say and if they have them.

Another set of BIVRI discs! and I have already bought them

I rang and explained but no joi...they cant take them back as they said I didnt actually cancel the order. I couldnt cancel the order as they had NO record of the order.

So if anyone is interested in buying a set of BIVRI discs pm me please! The cost will be about £18 inc postage...I dont know how these firms survive..
