mother`s name is unknown

Stephen and his father were both master tailors, I do not know when Stephen arrived in England, but he married in Stafford in 1866 to Louisa Paddison, he disappeared after 1871, then appeared on the 1901 census in Liverpool. He may have returned to Ireland in the years between?
