Re-posting of thanx (as requested!)

I just wanted to express my thanx to those kind people who took time out to help me find the missing links to some of my ancestors.

During my recent holiday to Somerset, my Dad and I took a trip to Kilmersdon where my paternal grandmother's family lived. Armed with our family tree we explored the village, had a drink in the pub and and we even stumbled across a distant relative in the local church! We added to our tree by finding family headstones and military inscriptions dating back to the C19th. Later in the week we visited my Gran who is in her 80s. She was thrilled to see how far I had managed to trace her family and she even dug out some old photos of my great grand parents!
