I posted a message on the Help board

on 24 May.

I'd already made a trip to my local family history centre with little success, so I was not expecting too much from my request

Then on 3rd July received a private message from a non member who had seen my request when carrying out a GOOGLEe search for a family member of same name!

Result was that he joined AA to enable him to make a reply

Today, we exchanged a lot of information, and he kindly sent me copies of newspaper cuttings and SEVEN family photographs!

Now that's what I call a RESULT
