Thumbs up Uncle James Neilson Crawford & Aunt Marjory Reekie Crawford

I am on a real high ... no not the wacky baccy type ... having had 100% success in tracing both my Uncle James and his sister Marjory with a mountain of help from STARLIGHT and the Forum Members. I now have the relevant records from GRO and input them onto my tree.

I've also had success in finding the Last Will and Testaments for a paternal Great Great Great Grandfather (all 33 pages of it - and in real 'legal speak'), his two daughters and my Great Grandfather as well through the New Register House in Edinburgh and so ... YES - I'm on a high just now.

Aye mair questions than answers in a world where the past was a different place - that cannae be revisited!!

Hi Chiad Fhear,

That's brilliant news, I'm glad I was of some help. Have you managed to sort anything about Edith yet

At a fiver a time, the LW&T's are worth it ... especially when they run out to some 33 pages of beautifully hand-scripted copy

Still nothing on Aunt Edith yet beyond an educated guess from my 'cousin' in Stockport
