I'm not sure if here's the right place for this, didn't there used to be a board specifically for thanking members' for their help?

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Kate

I sent her a PM a couple of days ago, asking her if she knew how reliable Tasmanian records are, and giving her a liitle background of an ancestor who was transported there. Kate very quickly got back to me, not only did she answer my question, and most thoroughly too, but she also very kindly sent me lots of extra info, for which I am most grateful. Kate is yet another example of what great, and helpful members Ancestry Aid has.

Thank you Slizzy, it was more than a pleasure to do it for you.

I have found a lot more information for you. One of the researchers only appears to have gone to 1888 on the Victorian BDM's and consequently has miss a few children born to Simon's children. I have started a new family in my Family Tree Maker and am copying the information I am getting into that so that it will be easier to read and compile. I will probably need an email address for you to send it to as it will not go through in a pm. Then if it proves that your people are in fact linked to the very early ones I have in my tree I can just transfer it across to my main tree. But I can also transfer it all to you via email. I have also included Registration Numbers for the information as well. I also found some children under a different spelling.
