John Thomas Harris Coastguard born Flushing, Cornwall 1822 married to Elizabeth Hore.
Spent several years in Ireland. Six of their seven children born in Ireland.

Annie HARRIS born Carlingford Dublin 1853.

Younger siblings also born in Ireland - John Alfed HARRIS & Margaret Harris (Wicklow) Thomasina Harris and Elizabeth Hannah HARRIS (Louth) and Jane HARRIS (?).

Statutory records for births only started in Ireland in 1864. For births prior to that you are reliant on church records. So ideally you would need to know their religion and the parish or townland they lived in. To make things even harder, the church records are incomplete and in particular a lot of Church of Ireland (C of I) records were burned in a fire in 1922.

You've listed Annie Harris as born Carlingford, Dublin. That's probably Carlingford, Co Louth (a seaport on the east cost of Ireland, halfway between Dublin & Belfast). That could also be where Elizabeth Hannah Harris was born too perhaps, as you have born in Louth?

If you think your ancestors were C of E when living in England, then chances are they were C of I in Ireland, though they could of course have been Methodist or some other non-conformist religion. But if you think they were C of E, your best bet might be to contact the C of I church in Carlingford, and find out what baptism records survive.
