Thread: Searching for MIDLAM

My maternal grandmother's maiden name according to her marriage certificate was Mary Ann MIDLAM.
I can find no trace of her in any census before she was married and no record in national registers or church records. Her father - from her marriage certificate - was Frederick MIDLAM, farmer.
I can find no trace of him in any census. I have found MIDLAM in Derbyshire - does anyone have connections to this family ? And any references to Mary Ann or Frederick.
