I find that Shan in the teenagers I work indirectly with. They all come across as hardnuts, but inside they're soft and just want to be loved.

Too true Shan.............but why do so many of them have to be like brazil nuts (at least our kids are)..........the hardest ones to crack and stay in one piece...........at least when I try..........lol
