Oh eck Gillian................I'm all behind myself. I'll have to drag my folder out and make a list (to add to my many lists !)
Made a start..........printed out stuff I'd got on a few 'unknowns' and 'unsures' and will sift through them today.

Star.........Pendereds in Alaska ???? Didn't know about them. Got the chap in San Diego (Grandads brother) , trying to sus out who William in Hawaii exactly was and where he came from. Can't see any in Alaska though.......................

At least I'm making a start......................lol

Phew !! Thank goodness. Thought I was going to have to go 'North to Alaska' on a Pendered hunt..................lol
All I got to do now is find this chap in Hawaii (holiday maybe..........lol)
And then there's the one's who went to America in the 1800's from Ireland. Got their stuff off the passenger list but nothing to say where they ended up.
Oh Star...........why would Ernest have travelled to America from France ? According to one passenger list I looked at that's what he did.

You did star............thats what made me wonder. I found him when I was meandering through a Passenger list aimlessly searching for the elusive 'William of Hawaii'.
Think I'll double check.................could there be another Earnest I wonder?

Got it thanks Star................blimey...........didn't realise so many of them went there...............lol As for this William..............well, will I get that holiday in Hawaii ???? Doubt it. Never mind...............it's got me going again.
Surrounded by bits of paper (poor rain forests got no chance!) and lots of head scratching to find out where to put them all. Most of them are 'possibles/unsures/maybes/'ohwhattheheckI'll have them anyway/who cares !!..................

Oh eck.................not sure I want the lot........depends how many there are.,,,,,,,,,lol I've got all the up to date ones from San Diego from Ernest onwards. Now.........Emily..............bit lost with her. I think the family lost touch...................or did they ? Nope ? She married some bloke........Alwynne Johnson...........and the family kept in touch with them too. It was the San Diego link that got me started on looking for William of Hawaii after I was sent a photograph of him with Ernest.
How many are there star ? If there's hundreds ............I'll have to have a lie down before I can cope with it all..................lol
ThinkI'll have to sift through these a bit and pick out the ones I';m most curious about. Still at least I'm started on my tree again................no houseworks been done...........oh poops..........and its my turn to do the dinner.......the cats are all lined up waiting for the tin opener to come out. Don;t life sometimes just get in the way of living ?
