'This too will pass'
I was taught these words by my grandmother as a phrase that is to be used at all times in your life. When things are spectacularly dreadful; when things are absolutely appalling; when everything is superb and wonderful and marvellous and happy ----- say these four words to yourself. These will give you a sense of perspective and help you also to make the most of what is good and be stoical about what is bad. Claire Raynor |

My Grandmother taught me that saying when I was only very young, she died when I was 11 yrs old. No matter how many bad times I've had, I've always known it would soon come to an end & I'd like to think my Grandma was also looking out for me at those times!
She also told me to always remember that whatever I was doing, it had all been done before.................... |
