When one door closes another opens. But often we look so long so regretfully upon the closed door that we fail to see the one that has opened for us.

This thought is so relevant to me right this minute. I am am sitting here feeling really down about something and i am doing exactly as the second part of your thought says looking regretfully at what was, so maybe i should look forward.

That's the spirit cher. I think we all do it. Sit and mull over what's gone without giving a second thought to what just might be round the corner.
