Hi Loz,

Don't talk to me about B.T. in June we went on Broadband with Tiscali £19.99 per month, kept the line rental with B.T had letters from BT to say D/D would be ruduced etc only to find they were taking out from our account £85.00 per month could I get it stopped by talking to them, letter etc everything ignored .. the only thing left was to stop the D/D and take the line rental to tiscali. After numeous letters etc wev'e have had a refund of £156 they still owe us money about £20 but will I ever get it back?? .. they drive you mad

Matty on her high horse again

Go for it Lozz but don't forget to add on to your complaint a bit of flattery like how surprised you were as they are really so good normally, must have been misunderstanding, etc. Normally works wonders..............complaint/praise.............always worked for me (mind you that was british rail (three times) and post office (twice), bus company (once).
Got money back from British rail plus free tickets (thats to make sure I use BR again, refund from PO and letter saying they do not accept responsibility but as a 'good will gesture' etc. & cheque from bus company.
Keep at it mate.................................

Red face Re: BT........Argggggghhhhhhh

Well done Loz,

I'm with BT for their line rental and broadband. Very expensive. I want to change but thought I may try and wait until SKY are offering the free broadband package they have advertised. Not available in this area yet. As in my little mind I refuse to pay to Sky - I will get their package and pay for the broadband and get free sky

Don't go in guns blazing, Lozz. I know it's how you feel, but you'll probably say something you'll regret. Believe me I know that BT are .....Argggggghhhhhh, and you want to rip someones head off, but please, please be civil. Show them that you don't stoop to their level. Am not telling you what to do. This is just some friendly advice.
