Default Death of Alan Freeman

Alan Freeman (known to most as 'Fluff') died today aged 79. He was a regular DJ on Sunday afternoons for many years with his 'pop pickers' catch phrase.
I'm sure he'll be missed by many.
God Bless you 'Fluff'

I never missed listening to 'fluff' on a Sunday afternoon playing the top twenty hits. I can still remember the first couple of intro bars to his theme tune at the start of the programme. Great days the swinging 60's and early 70's !

A good bloke,

Many presenters could learn a thing or two from him.
