Don't know if any of you saw this series but it was a bit of an eye opener about what we eat. Have a look at the site and see anyway. There's a quiz on there just to see how much you know about healthy eating................(I didn't do that well .........lol)
Click on to Riverside.net (right hand link) to take you to the home site then:

Click on to the 'clucking disgusting' (marked in red) to know what you really eat when you have the 'fast foods' .........but it's bit yucky !

I had a tea/coffee shop in the 70's but it was mainly scones, tea cakes and stuff like that. Any cakes I bought from the WI cake stall............lol

I cooked for my pub but think the answers I knew came from the ...................shhhhh constant dieting never worked

Never dieted..........well apart from in the early 60's when the 'grapefruit diet' as it later became known, was then having a small glass of PLJ (pure lemon juice) diluted in water first thing in the morning. Something to do with it breaking down the fat in the system I think..............not sure now though.....been a long time. I do remember I lost two inches off my waist though. (No-one else noticed but I knew........lol)
