Just as a reminder Clocks go back 1 hour on Saturday 25th October.
Now does that mean we lose an hours sleep, or gain an hours sleep

When the clocks go back you gain an hour.
When they go forward you lose an hour..

I'm just posting to find out the time. I thought when the clocks changed that they did it at 3am. My bedroom clock says 2.11am and my computer says 1.11. If my husband has already changed them, I think he has gone the wrong way .
