Default Traditional Isle of Man recipe

ISLE OF MAN
Sollaghan (served on Christmas Day)Put some oatmeal in a pan over a low heat and stir until crisp and dry. Then skim the top of the stock pot ( from Christmas Day meal) on to it and stir well. Eat with pepper and salt.
