Good afternoon...............and what a day ! Talk about senior moment !!!
Go off to Louth for bit of shopping round the market this morning -physio this afternoon...............then find out physio should have been this morning.....................pmsl

They fitted me in anyway and said I'm doing so well no need to go back for a month............just got to make sure I remember that !
