Adversity

Do not become discouraged in the face of adversity.
Understand that the bigger the heart, the bigger the obstacles it is asked to accomodate.

nice one shan...............I must have a really big heart cos I don't half have a lot of obstacles..............lol (must look up 'adversity' in dictionary.........lol)
