Morning all ! Bit of a grey day but no rain..........yet !!! Must make birthday card this week for our lads 18th birthday next week otherwise be last minute panic and I'm stuck for ideas at the minute...........

It'll come to be eventually..........when he turns off that wretched noise he calls music !!!!

The weather here is appalling, but who cares! We got Gold in the men's coxless four!! And Becky Adlington won Olympic Gold in the 800m Freestyle, and broke the world record in the process!
