Default Thought for Today(Sunday)

"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"

(AKA Mary)

How beautiful it is to do nothing and rest afterwards...

No point in worrying..............its like sitting in a rocking chair............gives you something to do but gets you nowhere
(think I read that somewhere............)

There's also something about worry being a waste of time because if you can do something about the problem, then do it -if you can't, then worrying won't solve it.............so why worry ?
(something like that anyway)

Chris & Mary,
I do try and be positive but sometimes I get overwhelmed, at least I'm not like my dear M-i-Law, she worried about having nothing to worry about, lol always has done. Promise to myself .... be more positive

Thanks for those words, I have printed them and put them on my fridge so that I can read them daily - its so difficult not to worry here, especially us older folk.
