Great thought for today Mary, just wish I didn't worry about the future though .... that's what comes with being a Nanna I guess ....

No point in worrying..............its like sitting in a rocking chair............gives you something to do but gets you nowhere
(think I read that somewhere............)

There's also something about worry being a waste of time because if you can do something about the problem, then do it -if you can't, then worrying won't solve it.............so why worry ?
(something like that anyway)

I do try and be positive but sometimes I get overwhelmed, at least I'm not like my dear M-i-Law, she worried about having nothing to worry about,lol always has done. Promise to myself .... be more positive

Thanks for those words, I have printed them and put them on my fridge so that I can read them daily - its so difficult not to worry here, especially us older folk.
