Default It's off !!!!!!

Had my plaster off this morning after what seemed like a never ending 6 weeks !! Doc bent it about a bit (tears in my eyes there were) and gave me exercises to do every hour........and whats more they hurt ! Still, if it proves him wrong and I get full use back then so be it ! I'm just relieved its ok (well as good as will get) and I can wear some different jumpers............lol

(AKA Mary)

How beautiful it is to do nothing and rest afterwards...
