We had thunder and lightning here in Devon yesterday, but it didn't come to much. It wiped out my sky box though, and I had to get it sorted out!

I hope you are all ok....the weather forecasts have reported more rain, torrential in places for the next 72 hours at least!! Yorkshire seems to have escaped the worst of it this time, but Worcester, Lincs, Stratford on Avon, Kings Lynn are all under water this morning...take care & try & keep safe. Mary has Bill got time to build a rowing boat instead??? lol

I'm fine ...........we're the 'old folk who live on the hill'..............lol
Water won't reach us (fingers crossed) but I do feel for those folk who've had to move everything upstairs again and probably still haven't got over last lot.
My friends shop in town here was flooded last time and she's off down there this morning to try and move stuff up a floor all over again. Have look on the link below............some places have been really bad

Hello from the East Coast of Yorkshire we had some rain this am but not at the moment shhhhhhh. It usually pours down overnight. I am afraid the seaside is no place to be at this time.

I don't think anywhere is at the minute Dove, seaside, shopping.......best place is home.
Apparently our firemen were out from 3am in the morning back and forth to somewhere.
Bills' boss's shop has flooded again and so has my friends. Means another major clearing up process !
It's that cold I''ve got my cardi, fleecy slippers and the heating on..............lol Bloomin' July ! Never had the heating on before ! Still, at least we're dry and that counts for an awful lot at the minute.
