Flood you are right ......the mantra doesn't work, I did try it but thought 'what the hell' I NEED a fag So I weakened yet again, does anyone know where willpower is sold?

Loz, you are doing great, keep it up. You should be very proud of yourself It is a nasty habit ......... but pleasurable too That's the blooming problem. Ah well, think I'll just have another ciggie before going to bed I think I'm a lost cause

No the feeling slizzy............I've tried, with all good intentions then something crops up and old habits die hard. I do enjoy my little puff I have to admit and my pathetic argument is 'well I don't drink'...........lol
Good on ya lozz.,..............your doing so well. Wish there was a magic cure but theres not...........its really all down to me and the very little willpower I have

It is hard to give up, and yes Loz youre doing brilliant hubbie and i are doing the same,hes doing well as first time he has ever attempted too this is my 3rd but as we both stopped smoking good chance , must say i fancy one but NO being a right little goodie lol
