Well as all you smokers know...the first few days are REALLY hard ....well I survived that with hair still on me head and my marriage still intact

Last weekend...OMMMMMMMMMGGGG It was absolutely awful.....I was going crazy and really wanted a nicotine boost ....It had been over 30 days since my last ciggie

Talking to my niece the other day she sed: Oh yeah...apparently the period around week 5 is a really tough part to get through its almost as bad as the 1st few days..

Sooo I wasnt going mad...lol

Ahh welll

I am told that you must really want to give up to be successful, which is part of the difficulty for me, as if I'm honest I don't want to stop doing something I enjoy, oh heck I've got no chance, have I?

Unfortunately Petal I can't use your 'pathetic argument' as I drink as well, but hey I enjoy life.

Chris...........I wish you and hubby all the willpower in the world, afterall that's what it takes

Good Luck Chris & Jon, giving up together should get you there, don't give in to temptation.
