Hi Loz

Well done on stopping smoking, i have now joined you and am on my 2nd day, it's going ok so far but this time i am determined to kick the habit

Good on you Bev...goodluck with it, it's 3 yrs since I stopped & I feel so much better for it. My hubby is on day 16, he's spent an absolute fortune on chewing gum but he's sticking at it (excuse the pun...lol)

You've got all our support....
