Loz went out on the town tonight
And she didn't smoke one fag,
Not one ciggy did she light,
Nor take one single drag !

Stick at it Loz...it's worth it honestly!! The first couple of days is as hard as it gets...if you can get through these first couple of days...you'll be fine. I agree, it might be abit too soon to go to your pub quiz?? Retail therapy is great...I'd advise it in any weak moments...lol Anything that will take your mind of cigs is great...I spent more money on puzzle books than I used to do on cigs for the first couple of weeks, but it worked. Your body will already be feeling the benefits of not having a cig! I think you've done brilliantly so far, but if it proves too hard & you give in to temptation....don't look at it as a failure...it's just a minor blip & try again!

Good luck Lozzie. Just think of all the money you will be saving?$$$$$$$$
There getting very tough on the Smokers here in Oz and very soon there will be no smoking aloud anywhere. I am a Smoker myself and I am always complaining about the price of them. The Oz Government decided to put nasty horrible pictures on Cigerette Boxes to try and scare people off buying them showing you what damage they can do to your health but people still buy them and the prices still go up. What fools we are. I think you are showing great strength and determination in your fight to stop smoking. You have taken the right step and I wish you all the best. YOU GO GIRL -YOU CAN DO IT.
