Thread: BACK from MACCLESFIELD

I have an ELizabeth BACK from Macclesfield born around 1808. She married a Henry Gurr and lived in Staplehurst Kent. Her sister Mary b1811 Macclesfield married Henrys brother Stephen Gurr and also lived in Stpalehurst. I have treid to find more details of their parentage but have so far failed. ON the 1841 census there is a Richard Back living next to ELizabeth so this may or may not be her father. I did get the death certificate for him but it wasnt very conclusive. the informant was Elizabeth's son in law, which doesnt really prove anything. I would like to find a baptism.
