Thread: Trying to find Great Aunts - York, Ontario 1918/1926

Hello, I am new to the forum so please forgive any mistakes. I am trying to locate some information about my great aunts who went to Canada as young girls in 1912 and then went on to marry. They are Nellie Keane married in 1918 and Eliza (or Florence) Keane married in 1926. Any information would be gratefully received.

Do you know where and when the two girls were born? Who they married, their parents names?

Where did they live in Canada?

And, lastly are you trying to follow them forwards or backwards?

I may have located them in England. Was their mother Eliza E born abt 1875 in Suffolk? If so I've found them on passenger lists, but as you know their date of arrival in Canada I'm assuming you have a record of their arrival? If you haven't let me know and I'll post details.

Yes I had found them in the passenger lists too and thank you, I have the record of their travel. I am trying to find out if they had any children and whether those children are alive today. Nellie married Albert Leverne Alexander and Eliza married Thomas Ferguson Hogg but I am not sure how to find out if there were any children in either marriages. Any help would be appreciated.
