Thread: Thompsons

Hi

I am trying to trace my mothers side of the family but have hit a major brick wall in that I can find no evidence of her existence, other than looking in the mirror...

Her birth name was Michelle Lillian Thompson and she was born in Cambridge in 1963. She has since been a Williams and is currently a Marsh.

I cant find a birth certificate, parents details etc. Its very wierd, kind of witness-protection wierd if you know what I mean.

I am not interested in tracing her as I know where she lives and have absolutely no desire to get in contact. I just want to trace that branch of my family tree and unfortunately, cant do it without her information or birth certificate.

If anyone can help me I will be eternally grateful.

She has one sibling I know for sure, Vanessa Jayne Thompson, now Townley. There are two other possible siblings, Stephanie Thompson and Nicky (Nicholas?) Thompson. I also know my grandmothers name was Mabel and we think my grandfathers name was either Frank or Fred. Venessa is still alive, not sure about any of the others.
