Thread: Twyford & Poundon

Hi, I am interested in anyone descended from Valentine Langley and Mrs Ann King, from 1700 right up to the present day. All the children on this couple took the name of KING. The names connected with them include Stevens, Bannister, George, White and loads more mostly form Poundon and then Twyford spreading to Marsh Gibbon and all surrounding villages. I am currently researching my family tree and have taken quite a bit of interest into the KING family. I am descended via. the WHITE side of the family.



I know that Valentine was born in 1685 in Twyford and his first wife, Ann Manfield was born in 1666. His second wife was a Mary Nurse.
