Thread: Lookup Requests idea

Could it be possible to separate the “Help offered from members” into areas, i.e. Australian offers, England, Scotland etc etc etc, may be a similar break down to the “Counties and other areas of interest” list but not with all the counties and shires.

That way if you need an England lookup you can go directly to a list of English offers or a Canadian Lookup in the Canadian list and so-on-and-so-forth

I hope this idea does make some sense

I don't quite understand how this will work - what happens to offers eg passenger lists, ancestry look ups etc which could cover several areas of the world?

i figure i would just place the offers in each area it would relate to

Passanger lists could be a little difficult but they could be placed in port of departure or arrivial



but thats just my thoughts

You could just add it to the list that is still within that page under all the areas

Well I guess I have answered my own question & there will still be a heading help offered by members for anything not clearly related to a specific area (I hope I have got this right).

What worries me is I can't see how people are going to find the previous help offered threads (it has just taken me a while to do so).
