Thread: Accesssing tree

I am logged in ok but can't get to my tree and don't recall passwords etc. What can I do? Help please.

Do you mean that you have registered for a treemaker. Have been there before but can't remember any of your 3 pass words ?

Thanks I actually found them this morning and was going to upload a gedcom, but as I have already begun my tree there doesn't seem to be a facility for that anyway. I could start again as a different user I suppose but that would be confusing. Ta for replying

Hello again. Well I have successfully uploaded a gedcom and it appears fine! I used Peanuts 3 and my usual passwords. Very pleased. Hope to be around more now!

Thanks but it wasn't as successful as I thought cos although all the names are there for me to see, when I do a search they are not there, they don't come up. Then when I do search other people's trees they all come up as Peanuts2 which I can't access. I can access as Peanuts now, but that tree is empty. I have contacted AA direct as I think that if I could use Peanuts2 as my username all would be well. Hope to get it sorted!
