Thread: what is alphanumerical?

Hi, I am trying to download my tree but once I have filled in my details and click Ok it comes up that the tree name must be alphanumerical. The example is Kellys tree, no numbers there. I have tried with numbers and with out and also with capitals. Also why does the administrator have to have a different name since it is obviously the same person?

The mistake was with my usuer name. Would have deleted this but cant find delete button!!

think i'm right in saying, you have to log in with your admin name, not your site name.



ie in tree maker you had to give 2 passwords, one for the use of the tree, the other to edit it



does that make sense?

The tree is on now.
