About LinkBacksI'm trying to print out some of the history items I've put on the site and they are too big for my A4 paper. Is there a way I can reduce the size of the posting in order to print out ?

I'm trying to print out some of the history items I've put on the site and they are too big for my A4 paper. Is there a way I can reduce the size of the posting in order to print out ?

Mary there are 2 ways you can do it. Go to Printing Preferences when you request the print before you click OK.
1. Alter the printing from Portrait to Landscape.
2. Scaled Printing. Depending on what type of printer you have you will find it either in Advanced or Page Setup.
The easiest will probably be Landscape as the size of the font will not alter, Scaled printing will alter the font size and possibly be more difficult to read.
Once you have selected your Printing Preferences click OK, then click OK to print.
