If you are experiencing problems staying logged in then the chances are that you are using AOL to view the site.



This is a common problem but there are ways to sort the problem out.

  1. Use another browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  2. If you still wish to use your AOL browser then make sure that the "Remember Me" box is checked (has a green tick in it) when logging in. Doing this will ensure that you stay logged in.
