Have you tried to install the latest Flash Players? They can be found at the following:

For Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, and CompuServe

For Internet Explorer:

Try those for now.

Thanks for explaining Jan. I get a black box everytime. When the mouse goes near the box a message comes up saying "click to activate and use this control". It works every time for me.
