Hi im trying to find a member on this site called david semple can anybody help please thankyou julie
Hi
I have gone through the membership directory, and there is no David Semple, Davidsemple, Dsemple as a username. I will have a look, but I do not think there is away to search members actual names. I know Semple is a family name you are researching, have you seen a post that you think may relate to your family and are trying to find it? Or has someone told you there is a user by the name of Semple?

There is on An***y a family tree with David S Semple born 1839. If you do not have access to A******y there is normally access in the public library. If there is no, then pm the names and dates and i will have alook for you.

On a side note to that Brian. If you are in Australia and want to look up a family tree at the library you cannot. With the libararies access we do not have access to private trees on that site only on transcribed information. Really irritating if you need to look at a family tree as I found out recently.
Thank you Kate, I did not realise this. The same applies to the UK, where the facility is a special library edition, that as you say is restricted to transcribed information only. I guess its a way of making indiividuals take out the subscriptions!
