Problem with images

I wanted to add an image to a message - it was jpeg - nothing unusual - when I came to the next step there was a red exclamation mark and when i hovered over it it said "undefined" and it wouldn't let me continue - anyone know why?

Tried on PM and it wouldn't let me there either there was only an option for a url

Hallo Glojo,
If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will find Archive. Click on Ancestry Aid Help and Information. Scroll down again until you come to no. 206 and here it will tell you how to do it.
If it doesn't work then ask again .

I have tried to post a jpeg, and although I can upload it, when I click Post quick reply, it asks me if I want to leave the page or stay. It will not let me post a picture. I suggest until this problem is addressed you pm Noggin, and ask for his email address and forward the obituary directly to him. Please do not post email addresses directly on the site. This aviods spamming.
